My name is Kristina, and I work deeply within the wellness space. I’m a devoted wife + mama sharing holistic wellness faves, girl things, body positivity, & sustainable fashion ~ big sister vibes. What began as me becoming a Yoga Instructor in 2019, has very quickly transformed into something much bigger.
