I'm a full-time yoga teacher and content creator currently traveling Europe in an RV. Through my Instagram, I share a blend of yoga, mindfulness, and slow living – always rooted in authenticity.
Before this life, I worked in high-level politics in Norway, advising well-known politicians. But I chose to leave that fast-paced world to follow my passion for wellness and a more intentional life.
My audience is highly engaged and deeply values my honest, down-to-earth approach to wellness and life on the road. My audience is primarily women (83.6%) between the ages of 25 and 50, with a strong interest in yoga, mindfulness, and living a more balanced, intentional life. Many are either already practicing yoga or looking to get started as a way to manage stress, improve well-being, and reconnect with themselves.
Most of my followers are based in North America and Europe, and they engage with content that feels real, inspiring, and grounded in everyday wellness.
What brands have you worked with?
Manduka – one of the world’s leading yoga brands, known for high-quality mats and gear. I partnered with them to promote their eco-conscious yoga products.
YogaSearcher – a French brand combining yoga wear and wellness retreats. I worked with them to showcase their sustainable yoga clothing.
Intersport – a major sports retailer. I created yoga and lifestyle content featuring their activewear collections.
Prungo – a redlight wellness brand focusing on products for injuries, muscle recovery etc.
Living Clean – a Norwegian cleaning company. I created lifestyle content showcasing their products in an authentic and relatable way.
