Hey there! I'm Zhanaid, otherwise known as 'Zhan Culture'. Having grown up as the self-conscious, scrawny kid in my family, I turned to fitness and the gym in my late teens. The gym became my place of refuge and allowed me to slowly become a better version of myself. I became a personal trainer and soon fell in love with body building. Fast forward ten years and here I am now, creating content for brands and sharing my love for wellness and fashion with my audience. My 15-year old self would never have imagined that I would be doing all this now. In case you are wondering, my unapologetically curly afro represents my African, Indian and Portuguese roots.
